หลักการและเหตุผล

โปรแกรมการบริหารจัดการความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ คลัสเตอร์ทรัพยากรชีวภาพ สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาต มีเป้าหมายสำคัญ (Wildly Important Goal) ในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดเศรษฐกิจ 5 ชนิด ได้แก่ เห็ดหูหนู เห็ดฟาง เห็ดสกุลนางรมนางฟ้า เห็ดขอนขาว เห็ดกระด้าง และเห็ดเศรษฐกิจสำคัญอื่นๆ และได้วางกรอบแผนการพัฒนาเห็ดเศรษฐกิจไว้ 2 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการวิจัยพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมใหม่ เน้นพัฒนาด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดเศรษฐกิจที่ให้ผลผลิตสูง และ 2) ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ เพื่อสร้างนักเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดและปรับปรุงพันธุ์เห็ด ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้และเกิดผลกระทบด้านการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดเศรษฐกิจในประเทศไทย นั้น

โปรแกรมฯ ได้กำหนดจัดการประชุมวิชาการ “1^st Symposium on Mushroom Research and Cultivation Technology : Progress & Challenges” ระหว่างวันที่ 30 – 31 สิงหาคม 2561 ณ โรงแรม เซ็นจูรี่ พาร์ค กรุงเทพฯ โดยต้องการพัฒนาและยกระดับเทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดของประเทศไทย สร้างเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างเกษตรกร นักวิจัยไทยและต่างประเทศได้เรียนรู้ความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่างประเทศ สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือการวิจัยร่วมกับประเทศจีน ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี และอินโดนีเซียในอนาคต

การจัดประชุมครั้งนี้ เจ้าภาพหลักคือ สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ ร่วมกับเครือข่ายการวิจัยเห็ด ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี วิทยาเขตราชบุรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน นครราชสีมา ศูนย์พันธุวิศวกรรมและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพแห่งชาติ ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีโลหะและวัสดุแห่งชาติ สมาคมนักวิจัยและนักเพาะเห็ดแห่งประเทศไทย และเครือข่ายเกษตรกร

วัตถุประสงค์

- เพื่อจัดประชุมวิชาการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาและยกระดับเทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดของประเทศไทย สร้างเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างนักวิจัยไทยและต่างประเทศ เรียนรู้ความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่างประเทศ
- เพื่อจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงพันธุ์และเก็บรักษาสายพันธุ์เห็ด
- เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือการวิจัยร่วมกับประเทศจีน ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี และอินโดนีเซียในอนาคต

ผลที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ

- 1. สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดเศรษฐกิจ และด้านมาตรฐานคลังเก็บรักษาสายพันธุ์เห็ดในระดับภูมิภาคเอเชียระหว่างประเทศไทย จีน ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี และอินโดนีเซียในอนาคต
  2. สร้างเวทีการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การวิจัยให้กับนักวิจัย นักวิชาการ และเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ระหว่างชาวไทยและต่างประเทศ
  3. ส่งเสริมแผนการพัฒนาบุคลากรนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ด้านนักเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดและปรับปรุงพันธุ์เห็ด
  4. ได้โครงการวิจัยและการพัฒนาการเพาะเลี้ยงเห็ดในประเทศไทยร่วมกับนักวิจัยต่างประเทศ

- 1. การบรรยายพิเศษจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญไทยและต่างประเทศ อาทิ ประเทศจีน ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี และอินโดนีเซีย
